As a Project Manager this role will be responsible for project management of reconstruction jobs while providing excellent customer experiences.
Superior Role as a Project Manager Maintain a high level of customer service.
Keep a fluid level of communication with clients, while striving to achieve an exceptional experience with customers Attend weekly WIP meetings (prepared and well-versed in job detail) Schedule crews and resources for all reconstruction jobs to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction throughout and within completion Properly documenting all jobs in Job Management software Budget Management - revenue goals, gross profit margin, etc.
Superior Requirements and Expectations Construction experience MUST! Experience in the Restoration field is preferred to maximize success Project Management and Scheduling experience is required Exceptional budget management experience with strong attention to detail Provide exceptional customer service experiences within every job XACTIMATE experience a Plus! Have an established list of subcontractors is an ABSOLUTE MUST for the success of the role Great communication skills within and outside the organization Ability to adapt and be a strategic thinker Independent and Organized are key traits in this role RESTORATION INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE PLUS!!
