As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and driven Regional District Leader (RDL) to join our team.
As an RDL, you will serve as a pivotal liaison between our corporate office and the school district assigned to you.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure operational and programmatic excellence within the school district, working closely with corporate leadership to develop, implement, and oversee strategies that enhance performance and meet district-wide objectives.
We are looking for an ideal candidate who is dedicated to building and sustaining an exceptional educational environment, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, human resources management, training and development, scheduling, and partnership relations.
Responsibilities:
1.
Human Resources - Oversee and manage the screening and interviewing process for all job listings within the district, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates.
- Adhere to and enforce company-wide processes and policies to maintain consistency across all divisions.
- Coordinate with the HR department for seamless onboarding of new hires.
- Supervise regional staff members, providing ongoing guidance and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with the corporate office staff to handle disciplinary proceedings.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment, encouraging professional growth and development among staff.
2.
Training and Development - Ensure all staff complete assigned training modules promptly.
- Conduct on-site staff evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize and lead field day trainings and orientation for new hires.
- Delegate tasks and ensure quality services are maintained consistently.
- Implement ongoing professional development programs for staff members.
- Recognize and reward outstanding employee performance.
3.
Scheduling - Utilize company-assigned scheduling tools to organize staff schedules.
- Manage daily call-outs and reassign staff as needed.
- Monitor time-off requests and staff availability.
- Adjust schedules as needed in response to coverage issues or other changes.
- Anticipate and plan for staffing needs during peak periods or special events.
- Coordinate with other Regional District Leaders for cross-district scheduling or resource sharing.
4.
Accounting - Guide staff members to the appropriate resources for accounting needs.
- Submit all necessary reports and manage inventory levels.
- Respond to general accounting inquiries from staff 5.
Reporting - Regularly report on staffing levels, performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Create and submit detailed reports on district operations.
- Coordinate with the corporate office to address any flagged issues.
- Provide comprehensive reporting to the corporate office.

Operations and Partnership Relations - Follow daily, weekly, and monthly task lists to ensure smooth and efficient operation of services.
- Lead groundwork and preliminary meetings for each school district.
- Maintain up-to-date program breakdowns and communicate with stakeholders.
- Foster and nurture relationships with local school leaders and community partners.
- Continuously review and update operational protocols and procedures.
- Handle unexpected issues or crises in an efficient and professional manner.
- Coordinate with other Regional District Leaders to share best practices.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in program management, ideally within the education or recreational sector.
- Understanding of elementary school environments, with emphasis on the importance of play and recess.
- Demonstrable leadership qualities and excellent team management skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols within educational settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and efficient time management abilities.
- Proficiency in internet research and the use of relevant software and tools.
- Familiarity with accounting and scheduling software.
- A high degree of professionalism, confidence, and flexibility.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Ability to effectively communicate through various mediums.
