We are currently seeking an Office Manager to join our team.
The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional with excellent organizational skills and a strong work ethic.
They should be able to prioritize their work and stay calm under pressure.
The goal is to help us achieve our goals as a company while maintaining high customer satisfaction and profitability.
Duties include:
Manage office operations, including but not limited to:
phone, fax, email, scheduling, etc.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for all office needs Maintain contact lists and databases Order supplies when necessary (e.
g.
office goods) Maintain inventory levels by ordering supplies as soon as they become available Maintain office cleanliness standards by keeping the building clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) Coordinate with other departments for the best office setup (e.
g.
design, purchasing) Provide general support to Clients (e.
g.
answer phone questions) Assist in other areas as needed!
