Qualifications:
- A motivation for relationship building - Excellent ability to listen and communicate effectively - Proven ability to communicate information in order to overcome objections - Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-energy environment - Familiarity with new technology and digital platforms - Detail-oriented and organized - Strict time management is a must - A desire to make an impact and feel passionate about the work that you do - Driven and hungry for success, and always wanting to learn more - A team player who enjoys collaboration - Must have a clean driving record - Must be able to pass a comprehensive criminal background check
Responsibilities:
- Provide and prepare comprehensive and thorough Move-in and Move-out inspections, as well as Safety and Maintenance inspections for tenants trying to renew their lease.
- Post notices to tenants' residence to provide them with deadlines to pay their rent, advance notice of when we will be entering the residence, etc.
- Visually inspect properties for violations of the lease terms and coordinate with the Compliance Department if a violation exists to get the matter resolved quickly.
- Install standard and digital lockboxes and place keys within the lockboxes for applicants to view the desired property.
- Install high visibility For Rent signs at listed properties to ensure maximum exposure for our clients.
- Maximize efficiency when creating your schedule for the day to limit driving time and optimize productivity.
- Place smoke alarms and CO detectors, and complete misc.
small repair items in properties that are in need to ensure the property remains in compliance with State regulations and Access' standards.
- Field incoming calls regarding available properties or inquiries of current or upcoming inventory.
- Schedule appointments based on availability of showing times and prospects availability.
- Meet clients on site and provide a personalized showing experience in a group appointment setting.
- Discuss application requirements and the application process.
- Follow-up with prospects who have viewed properties.
- Provide feedback to office staff regarding the condition of each property.
