Summary:
This position is responsible for greeting all customers in the showroom, assisting customers with any orders or services, taking payments from customers, and stocking all inventory within the showroom.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Assist customers at the counter and over the phone.
Entering sales orders and cash transactions Stock the showroom with any missing material; update the showroom with new products.
Placing purchase orders for special orders Estimate material and jobs for customers.
Drives sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
Educate themselves on all products and services the RWC offers to the public.
All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
A high school diploma or GED; 1-2 years of related experience and training in sales and customer service experience preferred.
Proficient with MS Office, Internet, and software programs Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
Must pass a mandatory background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Ability to work under pressure.
Detail and deadline-oriented Must possess excellent customer service skills and proper phone etiquette.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
