We are creative, rewarding, fun and our goal is to hire enthusiastic reliable team members to help students create exceptional art work.
Join our team! Art Enrichment Instructors and Program Aides will work with assigned groups of students in either TK-5th grade, or 6-8th grade.
Positions will rotate up to 4 school locations, one location per day.
Seeking positive adult role models, to instruct art lessons, guide students, and assist in an after school classroom environment.
Must be outgoing, self motivated individuals that have a genuine interest in our student's creative abilities and artistic development.
Ideal candidates will have some experience with visual art, the ability to manage time, art supplies, and classroom behavior through clear communication, patience, and self motivated leadership.
Responsibilities:
Instructors will be responsible for leading programs as well as aide duties which include maintaining provided supplies for each class, setting up and cleaning up for multiple daily sessions of enrichment based art curriculum.
Create seamless transitions through each class that will maintain a healthy creative environment for students.
Support students in making positive behavior choices and bring student disciplinary matters to the attention of leadership when appropriate.
Requirements:
Experience working in classroom environments and/or multiple grade levels, multi task with the ability to encourage creativity, manage projects and time.
Proof of graduation from High School or G.
E.
D.
required.
Additionally, attend one (1) paid training and supply stocking per month.
Will train motivated individuals.
Provide a Live Scan (criminal background check via fingerprinting) and provide a clear TB test.
Must be available Tuesday-Friday between 1:
00pm- 6:
00pm and one additional day per month for training & supply restocking, with reliable transportation.
