Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all car wash customers at customer homes and place of work - Perform car wash and detailing services, including exterior washing, interior cleaning, and window cleaning - Drive customer vehicles/Company vans - Perform additional services such as buffing, and waxing as requested by customers - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the shop, work van's and equipment - Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Knowledge of car wash techniques and equipment is a plus - Experience in window tinting, buffing, or detailing is beneficial - Ability to operate custodial equipment for cleaning purposes Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers - Attention to detail to ensure high-quality car wash and detailing services - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining efficiency and accuracy - Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks - Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team Join our team as a mobile car washer/ Detailer and enjoy the following
