This position is reserved for candidates seeking experience and growth potential. While performing as the Office Administrator, this person will report directly to the Leasing Director. This position will build skills, knowledge, and competency and we expect that these experiences will assist in accelerating the personal and professional readiness of this individual to assume higher levels of responsibility within the organization.

Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Greeting and providing customer service to current and prospective residents.
Processing rental applications; sending, requesting, and following up on forms required for tenant screening.
Retaining information regarding the firm's rental properties, surrounding communities, amenities, etc.
Representing the organization's management during periods of their absence.
Collection, processing and depositing of rents and fees.
Issuing and documenting notices to residents.
Working with the team to ensure properties are ready for move-in and are maintained in a satisfactory manner.
Overseeing and maintaining company customer service standards; respond to inquiries, input service requests, and work with residents to minimize and resolve concerns.
General upkeep of office common areas.
Participating in training classes/courses and meetings as required.
Performing all other professional/clerical duties assigned by Leasing Director.

Position requirements include but are not limited to:
Bilingual, fluent in English/Spanish.
Prior experience, preferably in real estate and/or property management with the ability to demonstrate administrative skills.
Computer expertise, able to type 50
wpm.
Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Above-average telephone and customer service skills as well as written and oral communication skills.
Ability to understand and comply with Fair Housing laws, state and federal regulations.
Ability to accept and apply constructive criticism.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Reliable transportation.
This IS NOT an on-site position.
Hours: Weekdays, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, one hour lunch.
Compensation: $14.00 - $15.50 hourly based on qualifications and depth of experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
